For international deliveries the cost of shipping will depend on the shipping location and weight of parcel.

If non EU or out of the EU Zone and air shipping is required, the shipping cost will be higher, which will be calculated at checkout

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you have placed an order with Basic Ink Cosmetics, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order.

The email will include your order number, the details of your purchase, costs of your final order and your delivery address.

This email will be confirmation of your order and can be printed off as a receipt of your purchase.   

TRACKING YOUR ORDER & SHIPPMENT 

You will receive an email from our shipping partners, Hermes, DHL or Fed Ex. Once they have collected your order, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery.

This will show you the exact location of your order and will indicate the estimated delivery time for your order.
