BASIC INK RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Basic Ink order, you can return any item in its original condition within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Before posting please complete and enclose a returns form (download here) with the items you wish to return, and send to:

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF YOUR RETURN

All items will be refunded if returned within the stated time period (14 days from the delivery date) and as long as they are unopened, unused and have not been removed from the original packaging.

For reasons of health & hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

EXCHANGES

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by emailing our customer service team at [email protected], quoting your order number.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

RETURN PROCESS

Simply fill out your return form (download here)
Reseal package and send it back to the address on your returns form.
Once we have received your item, we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds and exchanges.
After accepting your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid for your goods to the original credit or debit card.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return products purchased outside of the UK or Northern Ireland.

N.B. Please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
